Candidate Care Process

As part of our recruitment process, we offer contractors a complete service, that goes beyond finding you the right job. We call this the Contractor Care Process: a 6-week process focussed on ensuring you are happy in your job and making every effort to extend your contract.

  • Day 1 check-in call.
    If local we will endeavour to walk you to your assignment
  • Day 5 review
  • Week 3 care-call
  • Week 6 care-call

Then, two weeks prior to your assignment ending we will attempt to initiate extensions with the end client on your behalf, or begin the process of pro-actively working on finding your next assignment. We want to retain you for all future contracts if this is possible.

Although we will be pro-active in our contact with you during your assignment, please be aware that you can also contact us at any time to answer your questions.

Career Advice

Most recruitment agencies are only interested in what you can do for them. At FPS, we’re different- we’re interested in you as a person.
