First People Solutions are currently working with a leading Training provider who operate extensively in the Water Industry. By providing comprehensive training and up-skilling across several sectors within the industry this client has gone from strength to strength whilst continuing to expand their operations.

With several contract wins and a strong pipeline of learners to Tutor and assess the client are now looking to bring on an experienced professional from a Water Industry background to deliver training and assessments throughout their regions.

The role:

  • Delivering learning material in a classroom and tutor setting (training on the learning process is provided to the successful candidate), this will include home learning and home working until able to deliver on-site training
  • Carrying out on site assessments to ensure that classroom learning is adhered to
  • Some travel will be required to deliver training in different locations (once safe to do so)
  • Relaying and articulating your expertise and knowledge to learners
  • Delivering comprehensive training in keeping with the course objectives
  • Working towards achieving industry teaching qualifications

Your skills & experience:

  • Experience of working in the Water industry – Ideally you will extensive experience in Water Distribution and water networks or clean water operations from an opreational standpoint
  • A full understanding of the water networks and the construction and maintenance of Water networks
  • A strong communicator who has the ability to articulate their knowledge and the course material to learners
  • Full UK Driving licence is essential
