First People Solutions are currently working with a leading, fully accredited training provider who operate throughout England and provide comprehensive training to industry bodies and their contractors. This role will suit someone who has strong experience working within the water networks.

With a large amount of upcoming work they are currently looking to further grow their team in order to deliver training programmes and assessments.

This is a full time and permanent role.

The role:

  • You will deliver and plan accredited training programmes to clients and students in a classroom setting and on an individual basis
  • Monitoring and marking students/Learners work submitted
  • This role involves providing training through the region, travelling will be expected (generous subsistence allowance and mileage paid at 45p per mile)
  • Extensive Training will be provided, this includes classroom training as well as observation and mentoring to ensure that you can successfully deliver training to clients and students
  • You will achieve a qualification (L3) award in education and training
  • You will conduct assessments following awarding body guidelines. This may include onsite assessments within a work-place environment.
  • The role is permanent and full-time

Your skills and experience:

  • Strong communicator with the ability to work with employers, staff and learners alike
  • Demonstrable experience of working with Water networks and/or leakage
  • Full understanding of the management involved with leakage and water networks
  • Thorough understanding of the current acts and regulations that govern the UK’s water industry
  • Clean, valid UK drivers licence
  • Flexible working hours are a must in order to carry out assessments
