Job Title: Part II Architectural Assistant

The Company:

Our client is an award-winning multi-disciplinary practice with a passion for designing safe and sustainable solutions. They are known to deliver some of the most creatively demanding projects and collaborate with other disciplines from inception to completion to deliver exceptional buildings across a variety of sectors.

With many frameworks beginning to develop, they are looking to add a Part II Architectural Assistant to join their team just outside Glasgow. Their office is easily accessed by car and has free parking nearby.

The Job:

The main objective of the role is to provide high quality technical support from initial concept through to final delivery on a number of large projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support throughout initial design stages through to delivery.
  • Produce technical and working drawings for a variety of projects.
  • Work as part of a team and individually when required.
  • Along with office staff, assist with general office and project tasks.

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in an Architectural Assistant role, including production of high quality working drawings.
  • Expertise using AutoCAD, Sketchup and Revit.
  • A passion for high-quality design.
  • A willingness to learn to learn new skills and techniques.
  • A valid UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle.
