First People Solutions are on the lookout for a highly driven and ambitious data analyst with good knowledge of SQL, Excel, Power BI, etc. and an interest in using data to drive improvements in supply chain and procurement management.

This position would see you working on projects at the Intel site, a multi-billion euro semiconductor manufacturing facility.

This role will involve working on procurement and supply-chain activities and using your technical skills as a data analyst to effectively maintain and update the relevant materials management systems.

Job Description – Data Analyst (Materials Management)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily support to Intel Supply Line Managers and their suppliers which includes creating shipping memos, gathering, and analysing data and presenting it in the requested format.
  • Have direct interaction with suppliers on day-to-day issues.
  • Manage all supplier requests – IPN add/extend, all part changes, reports, indicators etc.
  • Keep the tool warranty contracts up to date
  • Be a part of inventory control team to keep inventory levels BIC and help supply line managers in managing dead and excess stock.


Data Analytics/Continuous Improvement

With a background in Data Analytics background, you will also be expected to:

Continuously improve the systems around you.Prepare and report regular business and engineering updates.

Design and implement reporting dashboards that track key material management metrics and provide actionable insights

Identify actionable insights, suggest recommendations, and influence the direction of the of the Material Management systems by effectively communicating results to cross-functional groups

Work closely with project managers to proactively create rules and manage decisions

Working with engineering colleagues to build solutions and help automate existing systems.

Suggest improvements to the current tools and techniques.

Education & Essential Criteria:

  • Strong collaboration and influence skills, with experience working in a cross-functional environment.
  • Strong PC/software skills with the ability to design and maintain systems.
  • Good presentation skills and techniques (SharePoint, PowerPoint).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities on a tight timeline and in a high-pressure environment

Technical Skill Set requirement:

  • Good Knowledge of SQL, Excel, Power BI and Power Apps.
  • Familiarity with SAP driven E2E processes & associated data structures would be beneficial.
  • Previous experience in Supply chain domain would be beneficial.

Other:

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, additional hours may be required depending on business requirements
