First People Solutions are currently looking for a CNC Turner to work with a busy client in Ayrshire. The role will initially begin on a contract basis however there is potential for a permanent role at the end of the initial contract.

The role:

  • Working in a fast based precision Engineering environment using Colchester lathes
  • Editing and programming the machine when required
  • Overtime available
  • Working with Stainless and mild steel, brass and other no-exotic materials

Your experience:

  • Experienced CNC Turner with experience of working with Fanuc controls
  • Ability to program at the machine and edit programs as required
  • Experience of operating lathes indecently with minimum supervision

Rates on offer for this role are dependent on experience, but likely to be between £15-£18 per hour
