First People Solutions are currently working with a leading Engineering and construction company who are looking for additional administrative support, as such they are looking to bring on board an administrator on a contract basis with a view to making the role permanent should the appointment prove successful. The office is in the Livingston area whilst remote working may be possible depending on circumstances.

The role:

  • Providing process administrative support in varying aspects, including:
    • Payroll
    • Planning and co-ordination
    • Data entry
    • General process administration
  • Liaising with other team members/managers and external stakeholders
  • Ensuring timely and accurate input

Your experience:

  • Previous experience in an administration role is essential
  • Strong user of Microsoft packages; Excel, word etc
  • Experience of process administration is an advantage
  • Strong communicator
