First People Solutions are currently working with a construction company to recruit an Administrator on a part-time basis.

This role is based in Dalkeith and will be covering Maternity leave so will last between 9 and 12 months.

The role:

  • Answer calls and incoming queries
  • Undertaking all work in a friendly and personable manner
  • Filing, organising and general administrative duties
  • Ensuring paperwork is updated and in accordance with company procedures
  • This role is part-time for circa 20 hours per week

Your skills and experience:

  • Previous experience working in an administration role
  • Experience of working with a construction company is preferred but not essential
  • Friendly and personable manner
  • Ideally based locally
